GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

BOARDING Charters usually start on Saturday at 17:00, unless any other agreement stipulated in the contract.

DISEMBARKATION Friday at 17:00, with the possibility for the crew to remain on board overnight.

Any other condition, like boarding during the week, will be studied upon availability.

Prices are per week, Captain fees and VAT included, and they consider:

Main sail full batten, furling genoa, foremast, stormgib and gennacker (spinnacker boom for setting sails wing and wing), with all necessary riggins.

First aid kit
Electric windlass
Tool box
Snorkling masks, flippers and tuba, aletas
Full provided security equipment for 1st category navigation
Dinghy with 4 HP outboard motor
The boat is commited full of petrol and has to be delivered back in the same conditions
 

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS Any inquiry forbooking will be automatically canceled without confirmation within 1 week.

TERMS OF PAYMENT 35% of the price on booking and signature of contract. The remaining 65% to be payed 30 days before date of boarding. Payment for Extras are to be done cash at boarding. Deposit can be payed cash, with VISA, Eurocard or Mastercard.

CANCELLATIONS The cancellation of the reservation means the lost of the 35% payed at its confirmation.

DISCOUNTS For two weeks charter : 5%. From three weeks on : 10%. An additional discount of 5% will be granted to customers as from their second reservation with Tadeusz Náutica.

DEPOSIT At boarding the customer leaves a deposit of the amount stipulated on the contract. This amount will be refunded to the customer after check-out inspection and inventory on arrival.

CLEANING Cleaning fees for sailing boat and clothes are of 90,00 €, VAT included.

INSURANCE The yacht is full insured, civil liability and damages to occupants.
